At Culinary Wellbeing, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• Your item must be in the same condition as received
• Unworn or unused, with tags
• In its original packaging
• Receipt or proof of purchase is required

Simply email us at Info@culinarywellbeing.com. Our customer service team will provide you with the return address and a shipping label.

⚠️ Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon reception. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately for resolution.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
• Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
• Personal care goods (beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

For the quickest way to get what you want, return your item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If you’re in the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition, unworn, with tags, and in packaging.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status. If approved, you’ll receive your refund within 10 business days on your original payment method.
